This is not a brand new suitcase. Someone loaned it to his friend when they visited from out of town because they needed an extra suitcase to bring back additiional things. I say the suitcase should be shipped back just like that a suitcase, they say it should have been put in a box.. After all don’t suitcases go all over the world.
Would just like some others opinions.

Can you answer Admiredhope’s question about Luggage?:
I have a big suitcase that one of its wheels is broken. It is still a good suitcase, so I need to get it repaired but I haven’t seen any place for repairing the luggage around…is there any specific place (chain stores like sears, kmart, walmart etc) for repairing luggage? I can not repair it myself because I do not have the necessary instuments. Thanks for your comments.
