I really need to rent one for this weekend, please help.
my suv already has rooftop rack, I just need the luggage carrier, theres not going to be enough space inside(occupying all seating areas with all family) and we need place for luggage and weather is looking stormy so we need to protect luggage as well.

Luggage Feedback: try U-Haul and other places similar to that for one.
If you can’t find a place, get some blue tarp wrap and wrap it over the luggage and secure it with rope and bunge cords.
