Besides the Dealer, where can I get the keys for the Luggage Rack on a Hummer H3?

Can you answer mpbclutch33’s question about Luggage?:
My friend has an H3 Hummer and someone gave him an OEM luggage Rack but he didn’t have the keys for it. When he called the dealership, they gave him some story about having to bring it in and take out the locks and make molds of them to make the keys! Is there not an easier or more universal way of getting these keys?

Luggage Feedback: Yeah much easier…. just find a locksmith and he should be able to make you a key with out having to go through all that trouble.
Luggage Feedback: Another possible solution is finding the manufacturer of the rack (most likely a vendor that makes them, not Hummer - might have name on rack somewhere) and contact them for replacement key
